I paid and need the app

After Stripe checkout you should land on the download page with a licence key. If that tab closed, open restore with the email on the receipt.

macOS will not open the app

The website build is a direct download. If macOS says it cannot be opened, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. That warning is Gatekeeper, not a broken purchase. Email us if Open Anyway is missing.

My reminders are not showing

Allow Hypertask under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders. Open Apple Reminders to confirm the list exists, then reopen Hypertask. Paste your licence in Settings if the website edition asks for it.

A task has not appeared on another device

Hypertask saves through Apple Reminders. Check the same account and list on both devices. A successful save on this Mac does not mean iCloud has finished elsewhere.

The shortcut does not open Hypertask

Open Hypertask from Applications first. A crowded menu bar can hide the icon. In Settings, choose a capture shortcut that another app is not using.

Knock does not open the menu

Knock-to-open is in this direct Mac download, not the App Store edition. Hypertask has to be running. Two knocks on the laptop body is the default; change the count in Settings. A desktop Mac has no laptop body to knock, so use the extra or the shortcut.

Can I undo a deletion?

Hypertask asks you to confirm before deleting a task from Apple Reminders. There is no deletion undo. Unpin a task from Now if you only wanted it off that list.
